If you live in Columbia, MO almost at the mid point between St. Louis and Kansas City airport, to catch a flight from either place, MO-X shuttle service is the best facility in Columbia. They are very prompt and highly punctual. Their drivers are very helpful, polite and accommodating. Recently, on Nov. 19, 23, my Southwest flight had reached almost ten minutes early at 4:00 pm. I had booked 6:00. pm shuttle, so I rushed to catch the 4:00 pm shuttle. As soon as I reached gate 15 the big bus driven by a very mature & a soft spoken lady, parked at some distance. With other passengers I approached the bus and asked the lady if I may get the ride? She checked my name in list, found my name, asked me to sign and said "Sure sir. No problem. Just leave your luggage & you sit in bus. I will take care of it."
Result: my wife was very happy to see me two hours early.
Bottom line "it is one of the best shuttle service in Columbia".
I wish they could have similar service for Kansas City airport.
Very personable drivers. Easy to find in the airport. Quick and smooth ride. The driver was very considerate of passengers needs for temperature and even offered us bottles of water.

Very good service. I scheduled my door to door trip from Columbia MO to the St. Louis airport online and all was fine. They picked me up on the exactly scheduled time. The bus is very comfortable and the driver was kind and took us there in safe on my flight terminal, at the exactly arrival scheduled time. No questions that is the best service around Columbia to this kind of trip.
Took a MoEx yesterday from STL airport to Columbia, MO with William.
He was so great a helpful to everyone but especially to one older lady who was one of the passengers.
It was a fast and comfy drive, idk why I was not using them in past 15 years or so.
I will definitely start using them again as I travel a lot.
